1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Recruiter OutreachPro ("the Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Recruiter OutreachPro is a Chrome extension designed to assist recruitment professionals in generating personalized outreach messages using AI. The Service is in active development, and users should expect ongoing improvements, updates, and occasional bugs.

3. User Accounts

3.1. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
3.3. Each user must maintain a separate account; accounts are non-transferable.
3.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for suspicious activities.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users SHALL NOT:

Attempt to bypass or compromise authentication systems.
Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
Generate content that is inappropriate, discriminatory, or violates applicable laws.
Share account credentials with others.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
Use automated systems to access the Service without prior written consent.
Generate messages that violate LinkedIn's or other third-party platforms' terms of service.

5. Development Status

5.1. The Service is in active development.

5.2. Users acknowledge that:

Features may change or be removed without prior notice.
Occasional bugs or interruptions may occur.
Updates and maintenance may temporarily affect functionality.
Feedback provided by users may be used to improve the Service.

6. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

6.1. Payment Terms:

Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Subscriptions are auto-renewed unless cancelled by the user.
Users must ensure their payment information is accurate and up-to-date.

6.2. Refund Policy:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Support@recruiteroutreach.pro.

Refunds are only considered for persistent technical issues unresolved within 30 days.

No refunds will be issued for:

Misuse of the Service.
Violations of these terms.
Changes in business needs or dissatisfaction not related to technical issues.

6.3. Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional charges, including interest, and failure to settle payments may result in service suspension or termination.

7. Service Suspension and Termination

7.1. Termination by Us:

We may terminate accounts without prior notice for:

Violations of these terms.
Abuse, illegal activity, or suspected fraud.
Non-payment of fees.

7.2. Suspension of Service:

We may temporarily suspend the Service for:

Maintenance or updates.
Security concerns or emergencies.

7.3. Payment Responsibility

Users remain responsible for any unpaid fees, even after account termination or suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8.2. We are not liable for:

Business outcomes, such as lost revenue or missed opportunities.
Data loss due to user actions or third-party activities.
Interruptions, delays, or errors caused by external factors.
Any third-party actions or integration issues.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All code, features, and content of the Service remain the exclusive property of Recruiter OutreachPro.
9.2. Users retain ownership of content they generate, and we do not see or use this content for our own purposes.
9.3. Templates and other proprietary assets may not be redistributed without prior written consent.

10. Data and Privacy

10.1. Data processing complies with our Privacy Policy.

10.3. Users must ensure their use of third-party data complies with applicable laws and terms of the platforms involved.

11. Security

11.1. We implement reasonable measures to protect user data
11.2. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and notifying us of any suspected unauthorized activity.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1. These Terms of Service may be updated without prior notice.
12.2. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12.3. Major changes will be communicated to users where feasible.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13.2. Dispute Resolution:

Users must notify us in writing of any disputes, providing a 30-day resolution period.
If unresolved, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration in London, UK, in accordance with UK arbitration laws.
Users may not participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

14. Beta Features

14.1. Beta features are provided "as is" without guarantees of functionality or support.
14.2. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue beta features at any time.

15. Indemnification

15.1. User Responsibilities:

Users agree to indemnify and hold Recruiter OutreachPro harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from:

Violations of these terms.
Misuse of the Service.
Content generated or shared through the Service.

15.2. Our Responsibilities:

Recruiter OutreachPro will defend users against third-party claims alleging the Service's infringement on intellectual property rights, provided users:

Notify us promptly of the claim.
Allow us to control the defense and settlement.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters or government actions.
16.2. Independent Contractors: The relationship between Recruiter OutreachPro and users is that of independent contractors.
16.3. Assignment: Users may not assign their rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent.
